Reservation and payment arrangements:
Reservation takes effect with the submission of an online registration.
The Surf Camp participants then receive a confirmation of reservation and tips on how to prepare for the trip.
Payment is to be made in two steps:
1. By bank transfer of 50%, or 25% (Camp Padang) of the total costs of your stay.
2. By cash or traveller cheque payment on the spot in Bali in our office.
Prerequisite for participation:
The participant explicitly declares that there are no medical reservations as far as his/her active surfing is concerned. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Liability:
The company’s liability for damages that are not personal injuries are limited to the triple journey price.
Cancellation:
Written cancellation of the Kima Bali Surfari is possible at any time. The cancellation is valid as of the day the notification reaches Kima Surf in writing.
In the case of cancellation the following fees are applicable:
up to 28 days before date of arrival: 10% of trip price
up to 14 days before date of arrival: 30% of trip price
up to 7 days before date of arrival: 60% of trip price
up to 2 days before date of arrival: 90% of trip price
Later and in the case of no-show: 100% of trip price
A replacement participant can be provided. In this case, as in the case of any reservation changes, an administration charge of 50 € has to be paid.
As far as boat trips are concerned, if weather conditions are unacceptable we are unfortunately forced to cancel the trip up to 2 days before. Any payments made will be reimbursed.
