KIMA Surf Camp Bali instructor Putu either tries to use his skateboarding skills while surfing or tries to fly away… Looks nice anyway

This stylisch surf spectacle was performed during the KIMA Bali Surf Session in Oldman this morning.

It is always a pleasure for us to see our guests that happy when surfing a great wave…
To give everyone an insight into the world of KIMA Surf, we captured pics of quite a few of our current, as well as former team members in their best moments
Enjoy the trip to the universe of those who make your ultimate Bali Surf holiday possible… We proudly introduce to you… :

Travel- & campmaster Ari. If he’s not in one of our camps or the office, you’ll find him most of the time either motorcrossing or taking care of his little daughter…

Roland, the one answering all questions you may have concerning your KIMA Surfari. Apart from this he is spending time with his family or goes surfing and skating…

Canggu teamleader Joko, our always cheerful entertainer and sunshine…

This is our power woman Conny. Leading the team in Seminyak, her big Berlin mouth helps to keep the guys under control

Lars, also from Berlin, our daredevil and chief instructor in Balangan…

Our always smiling Californian-German sunshine Timmy, here probably asking himself where he left his last Bintang

Our little monkey Putu… Always around, always laughing. Besides surfing, he likes watching Spongebob and listening to music…

Fery… Although he looks quite tired here, he usually thrives as soon as he is in the water and really motivates everyone!!!

Voilà, our little chap in the team – Dika. Little beau who impresses everyone with his outstanding surfing skills.

Andy, who surprises everybody again and again with new hair colors…

Jessi, besides Conny the second girl in the team. Our German physio therapist, surf- and snowboard instructor.

Our English sunnyboy John. He always keeps his surroundings happy with his great british humor.

Armando, the Swiss globetrotter. Apart from smiling the whole time and surfing, he is a passionate Capoeira adherent and travelling the world.

Bobby, Medewi local, entertaining everyone with talking big and kidding around.

Effhendy, the rookie in our team. Apart from surfing, he is spending lots of time with his girlfriend…

Californian Prince Charming Josh. Always up for long surf sessions and long nights out exploring Kuta’s bars…

Kacrut, the one always making jokes. He especially likes to look out for sharks in the most impossible places like the swimming pool or the goldfish aqurium

Swedish surfer boy Thomas who is giving a charming smile to everyone… You’ll either find him surfing, reading or playing the guitar…

Photographer Komang. If he is not trying to capture the best surf moves of our guests, he pretty much likes fishing and chilling.

Nadja, office chick N°1… Besides her great sales engagement, she spends most of her spare time in the water, chatting with people or partying…

Office chick N°2, me, myself, Bianca… Ever smiling “girl Friday”, feeding the blog and facebook with news and pics. In the free time, you can find her surfing or chilling in the sun…

As the waves are quite small at the moment, our guides already start doing work outs and stretching while riding the waves
For guests’ safety, the surfinstructors from KIMA Surf Camp Bali took part in a lifesaving training. As all of our dutiful team members were most of the time involved into practical exercises, photos were difficult to take and therefore we hardly have images of the livesaving action itself… Here some of the weekend impressions, the rest is up to your imagination.

The whole KIMA crew together with the lifeguard trainer Mark.

Putu, Dika and Bobby trying to find some shadow while waiting for their performance in the pool.

1, 2, 3 – GO!!!! Kacrut and Bobby ready to fulfill the given distance in swimming.

Fery never forgets about style – not even while saving lives – and keeps his sunglasses on…

Bobby is happy after successfully meeting the requirements in swimming.

Conrad looks a bit skeptic, but as it is always told – “wait until the person drowning and panicing gets tired, before you get close…” So, good job!!!

Who does not want to be saved by one of these sunshines?!

Theory class in the KIMA Bali Surf Camp Canggu.

Let’s hope that reanimation will always happen with such a big smile like Timmy’s – then everyone will for sure wake up voluntarily and directly again

Timmy confidently explaining to Bobby what he will have to do to make someone breathe again.

By the end of the two days all of our surfinstructors are happy and successfully completed the life saving training. So, any fears in the water can be eased if you see our happy and now licenced life savers

Nice and empty waves at a secret spot on Bali’s West Coast this morning…
Ten days ago, the KIMA Bali Surf Camp team grabbed it’s surfboards and cameras, packed some cold beers into a bus and made it’s way to discover lonely surfspots somewhere in Java. After a quite long ride, everyone though had caught enough sleep to stay hours in the great waves. But before disclosing too much, better check out the pictures

This perfect morning view was the reward for crawling out of the bus so early.

Swede Thomas, one of the first in the water to catch empty waves.

Dika showing a nice floater…

Joko on fire – as always

Putu and Timmy happily on their way for a short break to take a strenthening breakfast and get ready for some further sessions.
