This mornig we cheked out some wave at Balangan, a pretty fast lefthander which is suitable for all levels at smaller days. When its big you can catch a reallylong barrel at lowtide here.
Arrival at the beach…swellcheck: shoulder high and good working!

Oops!….this can happen if you do the swell check while keep on riding the car!…”man look at this wave over there! Ohhh f…… sh..!!!”…

Breakfast time ! Dogs don´t need any Warung!

And here again a nice Balangan-style lefthander:

This early morning we headed once more to the outer reefs near the airport. All we needed is a good alarm clock, four people to lift the boat on top of the car and being in the mood to catch some nice waves

Load the boards….

…, the people and lets go to the line-up.

Ankering done, short reflection and joy of the sunrise.

Hurry up man…I think theres someone behind you

Surf-guide-photographer Sylvie is preparing to enter the lineup, this time she switched board against fins and camera.

Airport Left…clean, easy size and uncrowded:

Hey volks,
if our surfcamps were not located on Bali I would say: if there is no swell…just go skate in one of the biggest skate parks of Asia!…but on Bali you can find every day of the year some waves to surf!
Anyway the best time for sk8ing is after sunset when the heat of the day is gone. Just switch from surfboard to skateboard. The park had its opening just two weeks ago. Here are some pics:

All ramps and transitions are made from fast wood with some nice walls and obstacles.

The pool is awesome….surfstyle on wheels!

Warning: Skateboarding is a dangerous sport. Don´t skate too hard because at the next day you have to stand up early in the morning to surf some world class waves with KIMA!
